We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, or Paypal. If you don't have a credit card, please contact orders@yellowfence.com and we'll see if we can arrange something. Do you ship orders outside of the United States? Currently, we can only ship to the USA and Canada. However, we are working to add additional countries to our international shipping program. If you live in another country and would like to order from us please contact orders@yellowfence.com. How long will my order take to arrive? Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. All orders are shipped via Priority Mail or UPS ground. You will be notified via email when your order has shipped. How much does shipping cost? Shipping for 1 shirt is $5.00. For 2-3 shirts, shipping is $9.50 and for 4-7 shirts shipping is $10.00. For orders of eight or more shirts, shipping is $12.00. Shipping to Canada is $10.00 for one item. For 2-3 items, it is $23.00 and for 4 or more shirts, it is $27.00 What size should I buy? The t-shirts, ringer shirts and raglan shirts are your standard T-shirt sizes, but the fitted t-shirts tend to run a little small. You can download the pdf size charts for most items. Why do some shirts cost more? Yellow Fence prints on shirts from several different manufacturers, and on several different models of shirt. These shirts vary in wholesale cost to us, and the higher-quality shirts costs a little more. What if I order the wrong size? Unworn/unwashed shirts can be exchanged for a different size. The customer agrees to pay all shipping charges to return the shirt to Yellow Fence. Please email orders@yellowfence.com if you want to exchange your order. We do not offer returns at this time. I have a great idea for a shirt; can I sell it to you? Sure! Submit it to us here. Do you sell wholesale? You bet! We have a great wholesale program including online ordering, low minimums, and a personalization program for your store or special event. Check out our wholesale page for more information or send as email at wholesale@yellowfence.com to request a wholesale packet and online ordering account. Can you print custom shirts for my friends/retreat/store? Absolutely! In addition to Yellow Fence products we off custom screen printing and embroidery services. All of our printing is done on site to ensure a fast turn around time and high quality products. If you are interested in designing your own shirts for an event contact orders@yellowfence.com. Do I have to pay sales tax? At the present time you will only be charged sales tax if you are a Florida resident. I have a picture of me and my friends wearing your shirts. Can I send it to you? Please do! We love to see pictures of our customers wearing our products. You can send them in jpeg format to pictures@yellowfence.com.
How do I know what color my shirt will be printed in? On each of the product detail pages, there is a small image in the top left of the page, that you can click on to view an actual shirt preview or refer to the chart below:
